Municipal revenue reporting system

Previously referred to as the Annual Expense Report, the expense and revenue information can be submitted electronically. The paper form is also available.

Option 1 (recommended):

The Municipal Revenue Reporting System is available to municipalities to complete, submit and print a report online. In addition, a previously electronically submitted report can be viewed. To access this application visit:
