Fairview Health Services

The Information Technology industry in Minnesota, with more than 88,600 current jobs according to DEED estimates, is growing. One of the largest providers to the IT workforce is Fairview Health Services. Through their partnership with the PIPELINE Program, 50 Fairview IT employees Fairview logohave gained access to training for competencies that are critical in the ever-changing IT environment.

Employers today must have IT workers who are up-to-date with the latest software and program development, and Fairview Health Services is able to better meet this need with the help of PIPELINE support and services. PIPELINE participants have had access to innovative trainings from providers like EPIC, New Horizon, Global Knowledge and Kepner Tregoe. Together Fairview and PIPELINE have created a strong bond that builds Fairview’s workforce and helps employees grow while working in the industry.
