New login requirements

Due to installation of a new feature to the alternative dispute-resolution (ADR) forms submission tool, users will need to create a user account using a preset access number and choosing a user I.D. and password.

Preset access number

Attorneys will use their license number issued by the Minnesota Supreme Court as their access number.
Those who are not attorneys may obtain an access number by calling 651-284-5030 at the Department of Labor and Industry.

The access number will only need to be entered once, when registering an account and choosing a user I.D. and password. For online sessions following the registration, only the user I.D. and password will be needed.
