Commercial applications of the Minnesota State Plumbing Code and the Minnesota Commercial Energy Code

The 2024 Department of Labor and Industry (DLI), Construction Codes and Licensing Division’s (CCLD), Fall Seminar will focus on commercial buildings, reviewing the 2020 Minnesota Plumbing Code in the morning and the 2024 Minnesota Commercial Energy Code in the afternoon.

Learn the right and wrong ways to do plumbing inspections from CCLD's Plumbing unit staff members. Get tips on what to look for and how it should be done on site.

Join DLI's Chris Rosival and Steve Shold for an overview of the Commercial Energy Code. They'll cover topics such as service water heating, changes from ICC to ASHRAE 90.1 standard, ComCheck forms and more. Plus, they'll touch on Minnesota code adoption and energy legislation.

Continuing education credit

Each session includes seven hours of continuing education credit for building officials.

$85 per session in person.
