DLI is seeking a Compliance, Records and Training director

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry’s Compliance, Records and Training (CRT) director:
-
Leads and directs CRT in the Workers’ Compensation Division in the performance of its regulatory and other duties.

Directs policy development and implementation to ensure the workers’ compensation program runs efficiently and effectively for injured workers, employers, insurers and other participants in the system.

Administers program budgets.
-
Assists the Commissioner’s Office in developing and implementing strategic plans and realizing the mission of the agency.
-
Acquires, allocates and sets priorities for fiscal, information and staffing resources.
-
Participates in developing agency policies and procedures, strategic planning, program development activities, providing administrative support to boards and promulgating rules.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
