About the position 

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry’s Compliance, Records and Training (CRT) unit is seeking two workers’ compensation compliance services officer, seniors. This position will primarily work: 

• analyzing workers’ compensation claims for statutory benefits and required forms filing; 

• regulating and enforcing compliance with statutes, case law and rules; and 

• provide proactive assistance and educational outreach. 

This position is eligible for telework to applicants who reside in Minnesota or a state bordering Minnesota and live 50 miles or fewer from the primary or principal work location.
