Annual insurers' and self-insured employers' assessment reports
The workers' compensation insurers assessment report is available in Work Comp Campus. The report is due by April 1. The information reported will be used to calculate the assessment that must be paid by Aug. 1, 2025, and Feb. 2, 2026. Insurers and self-insured employers who are liable for the assessment will receive an invoice approximately 30 days before the payment due dates.
How to complete the assessment reports in Campus
For 2025, reporting must be completed through the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry's Work Comp Campus online portal. To file, log into Campus and go to campus.dli.mn.gov/insurer/report. Access the insurer entity and look for the "2025 SCF Assessment ID" transaction.

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 176.129, you are notified of the requirement to file the Workers' Compensation Report of Benefits Paid form for the calendar year 2024 reporting period.
Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 176.129, penalties will be assessed for all reports that are not submitted by the due date unless a written request for exemption has been pre-approved by DLI.
