The Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) is continually working to enhance Work Comp Campus effectiveness and efficiency for the Minnesota workers’ compensation community. It has been brought to our attention that following a recent update, legal staff members who previously received automated notifications of new documents uploaded to claims or disputes they are associated with in Campus are no longer receiving those notifications. The Campus team is working to understand the full scope of the issue so it can work to resolve it.   

In the meantime, legal staff members and attorneys should work together to stay informed of pertinent changes to Campus claims or disputes. They may also be able to create temporary workarounds to help automate notifications.    

Temporary workarounds  

  • creating an email forward within the firm’s email client to automatically forward email messages from Campus to legal staff members; or 

  • listing legal staff members as a “Service of Process Designee” for your group. 

Note:  The “Service of Process Designee” will be served with and notified of every document change for any attorney in their group.
