This is a reminder from the Department of Labor and Industry that the workers’ compensation assessment report is due by April 1. 

The information reported will be used to calculate the assessment that must be paid by Aug. 1, 2025, and Feb. 2, 2026. Insurers and self-insured employers that are liable for the assessment will receive an invoice approximately 30 days before the payment due dates. 

How to complete the insurers' assessment reports in Work Comp Campus 

To file an insurers’ assessment report, log into Campus and go to campus.dli.mn.gov/insurer/report. Access the insurer entity and look for the 2025 SCF Assessment ID transaction. You can also find additional assessment instructions on the DLI website

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 176.129, penalties will be assessed for all reports that are not submitted by the due date unless a written request for exemption has been pre-approved by DLI.
