NEC 2023 Adoption Review Committee

This committee was formed to review the 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC) to determine if any Minnesota amendments are necessary and provide a recommendation to the full Board of Electricity.

Public participation is welcome and encouraged. Send comments regarding review of the 2023 NEC to dli.electricity@state.mn.us.

2023 National Electrical Code (also known as NFPA 70®)

The 2023 National Electrical Code is available here for free viewing. To view the code, select “Free Access,” choose the 2023 National Electrical Code in the dropdown menu, and then select “View.” Users not already registered on the NFPA website will need to create a free account to view the code.
