Aligning Youth Apprenticeships with Registered Apprenticeship Programs Grant: Funding to Minnesota school districts, charter schools, tribally controlled schools and service cooperatives to support the establishment of a Minnesota Department of Education-approved youth apprenticeship program that includes clear, actionable plans for participants to transition into a registered apprenticeship program.

Labor Education Advancement Program (LEAP) Grant: Funding to community-based organizations, nonprofit organizations and Minnesota Tribal governments, to introduce, support and place people of color, indigenous people and women in registered apprenticeship programs.

Mental Health Training for Apprentices in the Building and Construction Trades Industry Grant: Funding to help registered apprenticeship programs in the construction trades develop strategies that improve mental health outcomes for apprentices and journey workers.

New and Expanded Registered Apprenticeship Program Grant: Funding for employers to expand or develop registered apprenticeship programs.

Recognized Apprenticeship Preparation Program Grant: Funding to support career readiness or employment preparation programs in Minnesota to become DLI-recognized apprenticeship preparation programs and to enroll participants into registered apprenticeship programs following successful completion of the pre-apprenticeship program.

Registered Teacher Apprenticeship Program Grant: Funding to establish, administer and operationalize registered teacher apprenticeship programs and joint apprenticeship training committees statewide in accordance with the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 178.

Supportive Services for Registered Apprentices Grant: Funding to increase the retention and completion rates of registered apprentices throughout Minnesota through the provision of supportive services to assist registered apprentices in program completion.
