Minnesota Rules, Chapter 1341, Accessibility for Buildings and Facilities

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry requests comments on its possible amendment to Minnesota Rules, chapter 1341, “Accessibility for Buildings and Facilities.” The department is considering rule amendments that incorporate by reference chapter 11 of the 2024 edition of the International Building Code with amendments and section 306 of the 2024 edition of the International Existing Building Code with amendments. The department is also considering any other amendments necessary to administer and enforce the Minnesota Accessibility Code.
