For help with questions about licenses or continuing education, contact dli.license@state.mn.us.
The Plumbing Board adopts and amends the plumbing code and rules that regulate the licensing and registration of various plumbing-related professions, issues final interpretations and has licensing authority over other persons engaged in the design, installation, and alteration of plumbing systems or engaged in or working at the business of water conditioning installation or service (except for individuals licensed as architects or professional engineers). The board regulates the continuing education for these groups.
