Minnesota Rules, Chapters 1300, 1301, 1302, and 1303 Administrative Provisions of the State Building Code

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry requests comments on its possible amendment to Minnesota Rules, chapters 1300,1301, 1302, and 1303, which are the administrative chapters of the State Building Code. The department is considering rule amendments to coordinate the administrative rule chapters with the other rule chapters that comprise the Minnesota State Building Code, and other amendments necessary to administer the State Building Code in Minnesota.
