Navigating Minnesota services and procedures for resolving outstanding invoices

The Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) hosted a webinar for Minnesota vocational rehabilitation providers Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025.

This virtual training session was intended to help vocational rehabilitation providers better understand and navigate the services and procedures at DLI's Workers' Compensation Division for resolving outstanding invoices. Additionally, the training highlighted options available for compliance action, including:

  • inquiries to the Workers' Compensation Help Desk;

  • resolution of issues with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) unit; and

  • billing requirements, procedures and penalty options with the Compliance, Records and Training (CRT) unit.
