Residential Energy Code Research and Analysis
The Department of Labor and Industry requests proposals to conduct comprehensive research and analysis required to inform whether the commissioner should adopt all or part of the 2024 model Residential Energy Code, including Minnesota amendments, relating to the construction of residential buildings.
The closing date for the RFP is 4 p.m. on July 17, 2026. Late responses will not be considered.
Registered Apprenticeship Alignment to the Workforce System
The Department of Labor and Industry requests proposals to provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise to the agency to assist in aligning policies and procedures used with the statewide registered apprenticeship system, with policies and procedures within the statewide workforce system administered through the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.
The closing date for the RFP is 4:30 p.m. on March 23. Late responses will not be considered.
Medical Case Management
The Department of Labor and Industry's Special Compensation Fund (SCF) administers uninsured employer and some bankrupt self-insured employer workers' compensation claims, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §176.183. SCF is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors of medical case management services to provide medical case management and utilization review and payment of uninsured employer, and bankrupt self-insured employer claims in accordance with Minnesota Statutes §176 and Minnesota Rules Chapter 5221.
The closing date for the RFP is 3:30 p.m. on April 8. Late responses will not be considered.
