Workplace notices and posters

Minnesota law requires employers to provide some notices to their employees and requires certain posters to be displayed in a location where employees can easily see them. The workers' compensation poster is mandatory and available in multiple languages.

The posters and notices are available at no cost and need to be updated only when Minnesota law changes.

Workers' Compensation Help Desk

The Department of Labor and Industry's Workers' Compensation Help Desk offers live support from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you call outside of office hours, leave a voicemail message and a staff member will respond within 24 hours.

The help desk team is available to answer basic questions related to Work Comp Campus and route more complex questions to subject matter experts. Staff members can also provide information about helpful resources on DLI's website.
