For dates of service from Oct. 1, 2023, through Sept. 30, 2024, the relative value fee schedule conversion factors are:

• for medical/surgical services in part 5221.4030:  $67.17;

• for pathology and laboratory services in part 5221.4040:  $61.08;

• for physical medicine/rehabilitation services in part 5221.4050:  $60.32; and

• for chiropractic services in part 5221.4060:  $52.27.

2022-2023

For dates of service from Oct. 1, 2022, through Sept. 30, 2023, the relative value fee schedule conversion factors are:

• for medical/surgical services in part 5221.4030:  $66.83;

• for pathology and laboratory services in part 5221.4040:  $60.77;

• for physical medicine/rehabilitation services in part 5221.4050:  $60.02; and

• for chiropractic services in part 5221.4060:  $52.00.

2021-2022

For dates of service from Oct. 1, 2021, through Sept. 30, 2022, the relative value fee schedule conversion factors are:

• for medical/surgical services in part 5221.4030:  $71.70;

• for pathology and laboratory services in part 5221.4040:  $60.81;
