For dates of service from Oct. 1, 2026, through Sept. 30, 2027, the relative value fee schedule conversion factors are:

• for medical/surgical services in part 5221.4030:  $68.30;

• for pathology and laboratory services in part 5221.4040:  $60.81;

• for physical medicine/rehabilitation services in part 5221.4050:  $61.48; and

• for chiropractic services in part 5221.4060:  $52.94.

2025-2026

For dates of service from Oct. 1, 2025, through Sept. 30, 2026, the relative value fee schedule conversion factors are:

• for medical/surgical services in part 5221.4030:  $67.29;

• for pathology and laboratory services in part 5221.4040:  $59.91;

• for physical medicine/rehabilitation services in part 5221.4050:  $60.56; and

• for chiropractic services in part 5221.4060:  $52.15.

2024-2025

For dates of service from Oct. 1, 2024, through Sept. 30, 2025, the relative value fee schedule conversion factors are:
