Are you a personal care assistance (PCA) or community first services and supports (CFSS) worker or an employer in this industry?
Employees have rights, including the right to:

Be paid the minimum wage.

Receive pay at least once every 31 days.

Receive overtime pay.

Get accurate pay stubs.

Get final pay when terminated or quit.
Employers must follow applicable laws, including:

Providing employees with employee notices upon hire and when any changes to the notice are made.

Classifying workers as exempt or non-exempt.

Complying with recordkeeping requirements.

Following sick and safe leave requirements.
