  • Use the Google Chrome web browser to access Campus (www.google.com/chrome). If you experience a Campus error in Chrome, the following steps may help.

Update Chrome to the most recent version

Windows 8/10

  • Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

  • Click Update Google Chrome. If you do not see Update Google Chrome, you already have the current version.

Delete Chrome cookies and cache

Note:  Deleting the cache and cookies will also delete any saved passwords and shopping cart items.

Windows 8/10

  • Open Chrome and click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

  • Click History and click History again.

  • Click Clear browsing data on the left sidebar.

  • From the Time range drop-down menu, make a selection.

  • Be sure Cookies and other data and Cached images and files are checked; you can uncheck other default selections if you want to.

  • Click Clear data.

Android

  • Open Chrome and click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

  • Click History.

  • At the bottom, select Clear the cache and Clear cookies, site data; you can uncheck other default selections if you want to.

  • Click Clear data.

iOS – iPhone, iPad

  • Open Chrome and tap on the three horizontal dots in the lower right corner.

  • Tap History or tap Settings, then select Privacy.

  • Select Clear Browsing Data.

  • Specify a Time Range.

  • Be sure Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and Files are selected; you can uncheck other default selections if you want to.

  • Select Clear Browsing Data > Clear Browsing Data and select Done.

Restart Chrome

Windows 8/10

  • Open Chrome and click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

  • Click Exit.

  • Open Chrome.

Apple/Mac

  • Click on the Google Chrome button.

  • Click Quit.

  • Open Chrome.

Restart the computer or mobile device

Completely shut down and restart the computer or mobile device.

If the issue still occurs

If the issue still occurs after you've tried the fixes suggested above, email the Workers' Compensation Division Help Desk at helpdesk.dli@state.mn.us.

Include the following information in your email message:

  • the date and time the error occurred;

  • the computer or device and operating system being used;

  • the steps in Chrome you have already tried to resolve the problem;

  • the page link or URL where the error occurred;

  • the process, webform or transaction where the error occurred;

  • a screenshot or picture of the error (attach this to your email message); and

  • a phone number in case followup contact is needed.
