State Appeals Board
If you disagree with a municipality's decision about application of the State Building Code to one of your buildings or building projects, you can appeal that decision.
The State Appeals Board hears appeals of building code orders, decisions or determinations where the affected code jurisdiction does not have an appeals board.
Submit applications to the State Appeals Board to Scott Wheeler, Code Services supervisor, at scott.wheeler@state.mn.us.
