Navigating Minnesota services and procedures for resolving outstanding invoices

The Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) will host a webinar for Minnesota vocational rehabilitation providers, from 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025.

This virtual training session will help vocational rehabilitation providers better understand and navigate the services and procedures at DLI's Workers' Compensation Division for resolving outstanding invoices. Additionally, the training will highlight options available for compliance action.

• Inquiries to the Workers' Compensation Help Desk

• Resolution of issues with the Alternative Dispute Resolution unit

• Billing requirements, procedures and penalty options with the Compliance, Records and Training unit
