At the July 18, 2023, meeting of the Plumbing Board, the chair appointed a committee to address storm drainage surcharge. The committee will analyze the issues related to storm drainage and the Plumbing Code's provisions on surcharge, engage with the public and make a recommendation to the board regarding possible actions the board can take to provide clarity in this area.
