Manufactured Homes Technical Advisory Group (TAG)

Meetings are 1 to 3 p.m. at the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, 443 Lafayette Road North, St. Paul, MN  55155, in the Washington Room, and virtually via Webex. Meeting dates and time are determined by the TAG leader.

Purpose:  This TAG is assembled to review, discuss and propose legislative revisions to the Notice of Compliance requirements found in Minnesota Statute 327.32, Subd. 1a for the leasing of manufactured homes and used manufactured home sales.
