Municipal Delegation Technical Advisory Group (TAG)

Meetings are 1 to 3 p.m. at the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, 443 Lafayette Road N., St. Paul, MN, and virtually via Webex. Meeting dates and time are determined by the TAG leader.

Purpose: This TAG is assembled to build recommendations to update the process of delegating building code administration to municipalities. The goal of the TAG is to make recommendations that provide more flexibility for municipalities to administer the building code for different types of public buildings and state-licensed facilities.
